"We staid at the Garden area, the room doors at the this property closed loudly this make a spooking noise every time guests enter teh room especially during night time. "

"No airport shuttle available when we asked. Need to walk to a beach for actual beach access. Staff were nice but had to request towels and other items that should have been in room already. A good budget friendly option, maybe not the most ideal when travelling with kids."

"Have stayed here previously on different occasions some years back. Prices have gone up, but... Very conveinant location. Staff did their best to relocate us away from the ever incessant smoking of guests on verandahs. It would be great if this resort could ban smoking altogether in any part of the buildings. A win for familes etc."

"The photo I was sent on my confirmation for a king suite pool access was in fact an ocean front room and that was what I was expecting - what we got was a room where the only place to sit was on the bed - there was nothing KING about it or a suite as I know it - we have been to many 5 star resorts and this left us disappointed. I tried to upgrade and we were told they were full except 2 rooms around us were empty and I have no idea what else was - we did offer to pay. I will not be booking with Hotels.com again as I feel the booking was misrepresented in terms of the photo which was nothing like our room. Juliane"

"Beautiful Villas & Unforgettable Views at Conrad Koh Samui We had a wonderful stay at the Conrad Koh Samui, and the view was absolutely the highlight of the entire experience. The private villas with their own infinity pools overlook the ocean and offer some of the most breathtaking views we’ve ever seen. Waking up each morning and watching the sunset from the villa was truly unforgettable and definitely worth the price. The breakfast was incredible—one of the best hotel breakfasts we’ve had. There was an amazing variety, from fresh tropical fruits to local Thai dishes and international options. Everything was fresh, delicious, and beautifully presented. Overall, the resort is stunning and very peaceful, perfect if you’re looking for privacy and relaxation. The staff were friendly and attentive throughout our stay. A couple of things to keep in mind: the property is starting to feel a little outdated in some areas and could benefit from a refresh. Also, although the hotel is on the water, there isn’t really a traditional sandy beach—the shoreline is mostly rocky. Dining at the resort is good but quite expensive. We stayed for five nights and had a car, which made it easy to explore local restaurants where you can find great food for a fraction of the price. The resort is also fairly remote, about 45 minutes to an hour drive from most areas on the island, so having transportation is helpful. Overall, we had a fantastic stay. "
