"The breakfast was the highlight of the stay. The selection and food itself was excellent. Our room has hair all over the bathroom. Hair on the comforter. It was disgusting. The pool was closed for the weekend due to someone having an accident which I understand but it was a real downer for our kids who were so excited to swim."

"Second time staying here first time was great second time not so much. There was blood on the shower curtain when I told front desk about it they acted like it wasn’t a big deal. All they said was thank you for letting us know. Like what !? Anyway very friendly people and the rooms aren’t that bad but this just didn’t sit right with me. They didn’t even seemed like they cared."

"Rooms looked like they weren't swept. Visible damage on the bathroom door, Jetted tub (sharp metal busted on overfill drain), dresser, and flooring. Outdated climate control and microwave. Towels had dirt and black flakes on them. Hotel front desk tried to put us up on a Double bed room when we reserved a King Sized with jetted tub. They didn't know if one was available. Then, gave us a room with the king and no jetted tub. Then, we had to return and correct it to finally get the room we wanted. That room was not as advertised. Lighting was also terrible. "
