I have been charged twice on my credit card for my stay, so I am not happy. Worse is that there are no option to contact hotel.com other than calling their US number. No option to email them.

Ok men ganska opersonligt

Rymligt boende och kylskåp/spis, men väldigt slitet. Läckande duschsland i badrummet. Mycket oväsen utanför (byggarbete) som började tidigt på morgonen. Mycket trevlig städpersonal, men personalen på partnerhotell Schwarzer Bär sa knappt någonting/adjö när vi hämtade ut väskorna som vi förvarade där efter att vi checkat ut. Lite opersonligt.

Ett hotell utan reception eller frukostmöjlighet. Du får koder per sms vid incheckningstiden. Bra städning, enkelt och slitet. Bra badrum. Ingen AC men fläkt. Lite oljud från gatan men OK. Mycket bra läge med frukostmöjlighet på torg. Personal kan nås per telefon. Totalt sätt prisvärt och rekommenderas med ovan reservationer.

Il check-in viene fatto presso un'altra struttura nelle vicinanze, ma viene consegnato un foglio con un numero di reperibilità 24/24 (in caso di bisogno), il codice della porta d'entrata, il numero della stanza ed il codice della stanza. Ho apprezzato tantissimo questa indipendenza. Stanza molto comoda, pulita e silenziosa. Zona centralissima.

Parkplatz nicht an Hotel verfügbar, Zusatzkosten nicht unbeachtlich! Zimmer unter Dach, mit geöffneten Fenster nachts sehr laut, geschlossen viel zu warm im Sommer. Erst auf Anruf wurde ein Ventilator zur Verfügung gestellt. Bei Anreise Essensreste vom Vorgänger unter Möbel gefunden. Bettdecken nicht sauber (Überzüge schon). Da keine Rezeption vorhanden ist, kann man nur telefonisch Kontakt aufnehmen.

Muy bueno para lo que te dan

Es un hotel sencillo con lo que necesitas para una o un par de noches. Muy bien ubicado para andar la ciudad. Teniendo esto en cuenta es justa la relación precio.

Das Personal war am Telefon immer freundlich und zuvorkommend. Für mich ungewohnt, dass alles übers Telefon geht. Fand ich aber spannend. Die Einrichtung war zweckmäßig, das Zimmer teilweise frisch gestrichen. - Es roch noch nach Farbe. Leider hat die Fernbedienung für den Fernseher nicht funktioniert.

Zimmer völlig überhitzt. Keine Möglichkeit der Temperaturregelung. Hotel ist Self-Service. Zugang durch Eintippen eines Zahlencodes in ein Tastenfeld, das an den Zimmertüren sehr schwer einzusehen und zu bedienen ist.

Gute Unterkunft, ohne Rezeption

Ausgezeichnete Lage, Sehenswürdigkeiten leicht zu Fuß erreichbar. Ohne Frühstück, aber am Taubenmarkt gibt es einen MacDonald und eine sehr gute Bäckerei. Nicht geeignet für Gehbehinderte (eine Menge Stufen). Das Licht im Zimmer war ein Grablicht - einzige Unannehmlichkeit. Bei Problemen schnelle Hilfe aus dem Hotel Schwarzer Bär, Herrengasse.

Ingen trygg känsla eller smålyx

Rummet var stort, men alldeles för kalt. Skön säng men problem med högtgående system i fastigheten sena kvällen blev dessutom väldigt kall och råfuktig. Ingen personal synlig, frågan är om obehöriga stökade 1 kväll/natt. Morgonen efter? möjligen en av stöket knackade på hos mig, lite frågetecken kring. Lås om dina tillhörigheter/din väska. Läget fantastiskt centralt. För kortare vistelse bara för att sova, duscha etc är det OK.
