"Great breakfast, but noise from the nearby freeway was a bit of a drawback. "

"The facility is disgusting outside and all around. Trash, what looks like abandoned vehicles (trash around them, windows covered, brown hammer thru driver side door handle). People who look homeless, drug addicts, drug dealers etc all over trying to get into the facility. You have to use your key card to get through an iron gate then use the key card to get through a heavy metal door which leads you into a hallway that you then follow to your room and use the key card there. I had what looked like a drug addict try to follow behind me when I was coming in. He looked spunt out on a bike carrying a golf club. He made it in behind me. I let front desk know and they told me he "might be a guest" but they would send a security guard. The security guard never came and they never checked in with me. All night I heard these "people" going up and down the halls letting more people in. I swear to God it was like they were running a drug deal prostitution. I would never in good conscience send anyone there."

"This place has really gone down hill. We used to come here a few times a year to have a night away,eat good food,swim, drink a little wine ,enjoy some quiet,kid free time without a long drive but after our last few experiences I don't think that'll be happening anymore. Last night we ordered room service and our dinners were BAD. Mostly my wife's unfortunately. I had the ribeye,medium. It came out medium rare. Not a huge deal but then my wife's chicken cacciatorre ravioli was inedible. It literally seemed uncooked. Desserts (chocolate cake and lemon tart) were good. Room looked pretty shabby,worn rugs and chairs. A previous occasion our room wasn't ready for hours after our check in time. No apology, no explanation just annoyance when we brought it up.I don't know I guess we'll have to find a new local spot when we want a date night."

"Surprising effort by management and staff, especially Maria at the front desk, to provide a clean, comfortable, quiet, and safe stay. This area felt much better than anyplace along the Route 99 corridor between Stockton and Fresno. Easily recommended at this low price point and (very) high customer service. "

"My 4 year old loved her kids ‘den’ and the painted picture of the furry characters on the wall. As the place is clearly aimed at children a step stool for the sink and a flip down child sized toilet seat would have been good considerations. Water park floor and floors throughout the hotel were not clean but hardly surprising given the number of people there. It was so loud! We had to shout to hear each other most of the time. If you have sensory issues or want to eat reasonably healthily (not too much grease and sugar) plan accordingly! Plenty to do there and early check in was pleasantly easy and free!"
