"A pound arriving at the hotel our room had already been given away, even though we were arrived before midnight and had made two phone calls to the hotel as well as reached out to them via the messaging app twice. We we were assured our room would be their first when we arrived. I arrived at 10:30 PM and they stated our room has been given away. They did provide us with an alternative room. There were poop smears on the seats of the chairs in the sitting room area as well as the chair in the bedroom. The wallpaper was peeling away from the walls. There was also a handicapped room, so unfortunately everything was at waist night. This wasn’t too bad just a little inconvenient. The staff were absolutely wonderful, kind and courteous. The breakfast was acceptable. It would’ve been nice to have some bacon as a change from the sausage they provided every day even Sunday."

"Staff was friendly, accompanying and helpful. Basic hotel room that was clean. We do wish fees were more upfront and listed on Expedia. There was a $45 resort fee per day and also a valet fee of $57 per day. We were not aware of this and there was no other parking option available. Would likely not return to this location despite a good experience. "

"There is not staff at the Jaxon. You sign in on-line and get a room code to access your room. They do monitor the parking lot as I upgraded to a reserved spot and received a text at 10:45 pm to ask about my vehicle. My room was very small, on the side of the hotel with one small window and no light. The bathroom barely had room to turn around. But the kitchen was very nice. The beds are comfy and the towels are very nice. Plenty of plugs near (and in) the bed for charging phone, watch, computer and other items. But I was only there for work for two nights and it was fine. My co-worker had a larger room which was much nicer. I had a little time one morning and walked around the area. Not too much in terms of shops, but otherwise very cute side streets."

"If not for location, this property woukd never be considered for stay."

"These are also apartments with not so upstanding citizens living there. Neighbors next to us fighting at 3am, roomed smelled like marijuana from it seeping through the walls. On a busy road with loud cars and stereos thumping, rattling are windows. Won’t stay again"

"There is a small-ish shopping area and some standalone “niche” clothing stores within walking distance. Cross the bridge to Palm Beach and you’ll have access to high end shopping. There is also an outlet mall that we did not visit, but did drive by and seemed like it would be a short Lyft ride away. The pool was really nice, unfortunately there aren’t many chairs so get there early! We had lunch poolside one day and that was nice- many good lunch options at the TreeHouse bar that shares the outdoor terrace with the pool. My only “mehs” were every time we stepped off the elevator on the floor where our room was, it smelled like stale smoke and old lady perfume… and if you drive, the only option for parking is valet. You must pay the entire valet bill ahead of time in order to request your vehicle which I don’t think was explained well. Tips can be given with a link that they text and there is also a QR code if you’d prefer."

"Toilet paper holder fell off the wall. Shower took 5 minutes to get warm water and hardly any water pressure. Loud banging noise every morning anywhere between 6:40-8:30am. Rude servers in both restaurants. But, there were nice other made up for those who weren’t so nice. "
