"Good location for food, transportation and sites. Clean rooms, friendly staff and very quiet hotel."

"Plenty of shops and food near the property. The hotel is very clean and everyone is very friendly. Elevators don’t make a lot of sense. And hopefully you’re limber if sleeping next to someone. The bed is against the window so someone is climbing over the other person to get in and out of bed. Also, the toilet/shower combination doesn’t make any sense. The door opened and hit the toilet. And hopefully you are completely comfortable with the person you are rooming with as the “bathroom” is a stall next to the bed. However, the rainfall shower-head- amazing. And the blackout/day curtains- perfect! No coffeemaker in the room and you have to pay for coffee at the hotel. "

"Hotel overbooked. Got an "upgrade" to a suite which resulted in going from two double beds to a king and a pullout; not informed of this until we walked into the room. Not what we reserved and expected for three people and the pullout was not comfortable. Staff response was lacking, basically "tough ****". Only reason we didn't leave was my teenage daughter's decision to stay since the volleyball tournament was close by."

"Very nice hotel. They did a very nice job renovating such an old building and transforming it into a very cool hotel. Snacks and water await you in your room. Hotel bar is nice. Connected to a swanky coffee shop too. Walking distance to most places in the Downtown Crossing area. Definitely recommend. "
