"Family friendly, close to the beach, very friendly staff"

"Nice place. Base queen rooms are quite comfortable. Older style rooms that have seen makeovers. Bed is a bit ordinary. However, the restaurant is first class. The food is sensational and service is really impeccable. Had breakfast here too and that again was excellent with the same great service. I would recommend a stay here but maybe cough up for a better room. There is quite a range and some of them look really nice"

"Friendly helpful staff, nice rooms"

"Check in was easy and our host was super friendly and helpful."

"Couldn’t work out to get my room number and entry code called the office after hours had immediate and friendly service from Mario who recognised my voice from staying with them in Naracoorte. Great service super helpful will always stay at this hotel when visiting Kingston"

"The room was cleaned and the staff very helpful and friendly. The place is a bit run down but very adequate for a short stay"

"Bed was very comfortable however bathrooms could be cleaner in the wet areas. Staff helpful at the front desk. Good view out over the golf course."

"The room was clean, well made, and matched the description online, which is really all you can ask for. The staff were lovely as well"

"Was suitable for the overnight stay."

"The management are wonderful, baking delicious brownies as a welcome gift, and ensuring the room had everything a family needed including a proper sized microwave, a Nespresso machine with complimentary capsules, lovely quality towels, and sufficient crockery and glassware, with a little fridge. There is also a wonderful kitchen easily accessible to guests, with more equipment and seating area for preparing a meal and dining if needed. It’s in a great location too, walking distance to the main...

"Newly renovated nice and bright. Every thing we Needed..👍"

"What a little gem. I loved this place. The check in was good. The room was amazing. Nicely renovated, and a comfortable king bed. Great walk to the local pub, which had great meals. Highly recommend. Don't judge the book by it's cover, as an upgrade is in progress."

"Great base to explore McLaren Vale. Excellent restaurant with an easy walk to our room. Very friendly staff from cleaners wine tasting, reception & restaurant"
