This hotel was immaculate. Snug little rooms that are perfectly maintained. The In felt brand new, new carpet, new bedding and freshly updated bathrooms and common areas. Pros- pub and restaurant right downstairs. Cons- parking was tight and there’s not much to do in Limerick with the exception of a poorly attended museum and castle. If you must stay in Limerick, this is the only place i’d recommend. Beautiful- safe- and exceptionally maintained.

We had four adults in one room, and it was surprisingly spacious—everyone had enough room, and it never felt stuffy. We also loved that there were closets for everyone, which made it easy to stay organized.
One thing to note: the property is located above several bars, so it can get quite loud, especially at night. If you’re a light sleeper, I’d definitely recommend bringing an eye mask and earplugs.
I stayed here Tuesday through Thursday in March and it was very quiet. They allowed me an early check in, also an early breakfast (cereal and coffee) It is very close to Arthur’s Quay ( excursion meeting point) St Mary’s church and the castle. The staff were pleasant.
Great location. The staff at check in were very good. The only thing that let the stay down was the shower facilities. The temperature of the water was like warm and we were unable to adjust the heat.
Please consider providing instructions on how to use the coffee maker.

Room was OK but hotel is in a noisy area and not for business travellers that need a night's sleep. Whilst the booking confirmation did mention some bar noise, it was as loud with the window closed as it was open - poor quality windows and curtains that barely covered it too. Also a lot of passing noise in early hours and a beer keg delivery directly below my window at 5:50am! Breakfast pretty basic and few things missed on room service. Bar food was very good. Might have been better experience in a room at rear of building.
Nice rooms and bathroom. Good decor and spacious. Convenient town centre location. Decent breakfast buffet with various hot options to order inc irish breakfasts. Shampoo in room was in small single use plastic bottles. Could another option be found for less plastic waste?
The hotel itself is in a good location. Car parking is plentiful with two or three multi- stories within a 5 minute walk.
The bar is brilliant and the food was excellent, both in quality and quantity.
A hen do had a great time but didn’t really consider others when continuing the party from 3am- 4.30am after returning.
Nice location. Second floor has noise from people at night. This particular room was over the restaurant vents and smelled of food. No AC to close windows. Rooms need a table. Overall we did enjoy our stay regardless.
Nice location and clean room. We enjoyed our stay. Shower was small and needed a shelf and towel hooks. No table to put your bags or other things. Otherwise it was very nice.
The property was very nice but dependent on open windows for any air circulation. In a noisy part of the city that can be a problem. A fan would be very helpful.
Room was clean, spacious, with a real coffee maker (vs the instant thats prevalent in ireland). Nice shower too. Their lodging is excelled, but i wouldn't recommend their restaurant, food is mediocre and the "music" they play is irritating.
Very friendly staff, clean and good restaurant. The only bad part, it was a big one, is that it was excessively noisy late at night. People were yelling and loud music until 4am every night. Got very little sleep
Everything was as described! The staff was friendly and explained everything to us upon arrival. We found parking across the street to be simple and efficient, costing 10 euro/24 hours.
The restaurant underneath was convenient and solid atmosphere.
The best part about the hotel is the location! Easily walkable to everything and fun nightlife.
