"The room, bar and breakfast were great. Was disappointed that property under construction including the parking so had to find somewhere else to park and pay. If there wasn’t going to be enough parking, hotel should have offered at least a discount at another parking garage."

"Great hotel, stayed here many times. Short walk to the centre, direct regular bus transfer from outside the hotel to and from shannon airport - route 343, cost €8.60 one way.
We booked an exec room which gives access to the exec lounge, offering here is a little basic but the room is nice. My only feedback would be to suggest that the coffee machine in the room needs updating."

"Great location and lovely staff. Our room was spacious and comfortable EXCEPT that the room was stiflingly hot. Not warm. HOT. We had two portable fans blowing all the time, which made it tolerable for sleeping. I understand that the weather in Ireland is unusually warm and not the hotel’s fault but damn. 15 degrees cooler in the hallway
The restaurant has delicious food and the breakfast was plentiful and inexpensive.
Will try here again in the fall or spring"

"I think I chose the wrong time of year to visit. It was 28c & room 220 had no AC. The window only opened 6 inches. The room was like boiling all night. With what bit of air was coming through was accompanied by the sound of seagulls all night long. So I didn’t get a great nights sleep unfortunately. Glad i was only in that room 2 nights.
Plus side the hotel is in a great spot for the city centre & railway station. Close to shops restaurants and bars. Breakfast was excellent and staff were...

"Beautiful property. Adam was very helpful and kind upon check in. Room was nice. Loved the fact that this hotel had air conditioning (we arrived during a heat wave).
Plan ahead- there was no mini fridge in the suites.
There is a ice machine and water bottle filler, but no ice bucket so I had to walk to the machine with a mug for ice.
I'm a somewhat larger woman (16-18 US) and the robes provides were just barely too small so could not enjoy unfortunately."

"Camera molto spaziosa e ben arredata, fornita di due tavolini, un armadio con ripiani, set bagno, set bollitore con te, caffè, latte e biscottino. Buon livello di pulizia. Unica pecca è stata la temperatura della camera, poiché a causa dei midges e di qualche ragno, le finestre non si potevano aprire di notte. Magari la presenza di zanzariere avrebbe giovato.
