"Hotel is very outdated and not the cleanest. Toilet flushed slow, doors slammed loud, beds not comfy, and bathroom isn't updated. The breakfast was horrible! One waffle maker, so that's already a long line waiting. They only serve 1 frying pan of bacon and 1 pot of scrambled eggs at a time! NOTHING else to eat. Pool didn't have towels! Housekeeper was so grumpy knocking on doors, constantly swearing. Maybe that's why the rooms are kinda dirty. Front desk ladies were friendly and helpful. PAY more money for a hotel and go to a nicer hotel."

"Towels were all stained. Shower was dirty. Heater was loud and had to be set on Max just to hear room. They didn't have any breakfast. Not just Continental, but NO breakfast. Asked staff about it and he said we're all out. Mind you that was the 2nd day in a row and I was there at the beginning of "breakfast hours". "

"We were supposed to have a handicap room, when the room wasn't as expected, I went to the front desk to get a handicap room. They said they only had 1 handicap room and it was booked until after we checked out. It made our stay incredibly difficult with my elderly parents. They weren't able to take a shower or get off the toilet without assistance. Had I known i never would have booked this hotel. We weren't able to cancel or move hotels either. I would like a full refund. "
