Las instalaciones son buenas, pero está muy sucio

No pude dormir ya que la habitación es la que da a la calle y las ventanas no se pueden cerrar, es una calle muy transitada, demasiada luz y ruido, el hotel muy sucio, el personal muy amable, les falta limpieza en todo sobre todo en las camas

Not much good except price and breakfast

it is a warn out property fairly priced. No A/C. The room never cooled. Fans made sleep possible. A good breakfast and a good staff. You will not hanf out in your room - too uncomfortable.

Near Government Palace in Lima

I booked a room with a shared bathroom because I wasn't certain I was going to be able to occupy the room. It was very reasonably priced. The room is in a very old house which has been made in a hotel (of sorts). The room smelled because the only window was high and adjoined a foyer which was enclosed. Fresh air was in short supply! The bedroom walls were very dirty; someone had put dirty feet on them. It wouldn't have taken a lot of effort to clean off the dirty marks. No one bothered. The bathroom was okay and had hot water for showering.

Great guesthouse near the main square

We stayed at Santa Rosa for 1 night. Our room was very spacious, clean and cozy with tons of natural light and a lovely view of a main street. The private bathroom was clean. The bed and pillows were wonderfully comfortable (a rarity in Peru as our 3 other guesthouses had terribly hard beds and bad pillows). The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location was great for exploring all the interesting spots in Lima, and just one block from the main square. This came with a drawback, though, as the street Santa Rosa is on is VERY noisy well into the evening, especially on weekends. Our room overlooked this street and was very noisy even with all the windows closed. Luckily by 11pm things quieted down considerably. Overall, I'd definitely recommend Santa Rosa, but make sure to pack earplugs.

La atención del personal es excelente, pero el edificio cuenta con aspectos que de mejorarse darían mayor confort. La ubicación es excelente; a una cuadra de la catedral de Lima. La atención del desayunador más que buena. Es seguro llegar al hotel, desde el centro.

Au coeur du Lima historique.

Situé dans un ancien immeuble Art Déco qui n'a pas été rénové, la pension vaut surtout par son emplacement dans l'immédiate proximité de la Plaza des Armas et des principales curiosités baroques du Lima ancien. Les chambres sont vétustes et pourraient faire l'objet de quelques aménagements. Bon petit déjeuner et personnel très serviable. Une bonne adresse si l'on n'est pas trop exigeant sur le confort.

We slept 2 nights at Hospedaje Santa Rosa. It's the best breakfast we had after 3 weeks in Peru and Bolivia. The building is very beautiful and location is perfect. All in all a really nice stay.
