"The staff at the Strand Palace were helpful and welcoming. The room was a fine size for an overnight stay with all wanted amenities. The bathroom was neat but very small. Shower had good water pressure and the Moston Brown toiletries were lovely and welcome. Our room was ready early which made it easy to freshen up and leave our bags on arrival.
