Lovely dinner and staff. Breakfast is sent service continental style, so no cooked options which was a shame after the dinner. It's a 14th century pub, so lots of character and in a small village.

Handy for weddings at Coltsfoot!

Very, very calm, cosy and quaint place to stay. I was at a wedding at Coltsfoot, and it’s 15 mins drive. Extremely comfortable and clean, very efficient breakfast too.

It was a beautiful period room, the pub downstairs looked amazing, we got in quite late so it had stopped serving food sadly. Really quiet over night and a beautiful location. I will be returning with more time!

Work trip

Had a lovely stay, staff were very pleasant and efficient. Room was comfortable and clean. But bathroom seemed a little dated. Pub was very nice, food was excellent, would happily stay again. Much nicer than a trip to a soulless purple prison (premier inn).
