If you want something which is quiet, safe, typically French and within a 10 minute walk of a fab bistro in the village then this is for you. Host was superb, great communication and attention. "Hotel is in an excellent location, handy to historical centre. We booked the room based on having air conditioning, which it had but it didn’t work. So room was too hot and impacted sleep. Room had no fridge. When we asked for an ice bucket to cool drinks this was reluctantly provided. Reception lady said we needed to buy drinks from bar rather than drink our own. When travelling on a budget this is our choice as to how we drink. On Saturday morning street sweeper and garbage trucks run early so it’s hard to sleep in. Wifi was good."
