Stayed at this hotel before. In a convenient location with parking in front. Easy walk to all the shops bars and restaurants. The hotel rooms are a bit dated and tired, but great for a quick stop over.

With its generous and extraordinarily pleasant hosts, this property would be one of the best in the area only if the rooms were stripped of their poor-man’s transition to modernity, restored to their past glory, and equipped with an electric kettle!!

Good location right in the heart of Chinon. Parking close by and within easy walking distance of shops bars and restaurants. Close to the river and easy to find. The rooms are dated and in need of some tlc. Be careful with the showers as when our shower door was opened you couldn't get to the cold tap so burnt myself trying to get the right temperature.

Nice front desk person. Room very clean but extra small. Not even the room to Open one bag on the floor. No internet working in the bedroom. Impossible to get water at the right temperature in the shower, mixer does not work, you have to choose burning or cold! Also no insulation, we heard the neighbor toilet and dog barking on same floor. I do not believe this deserves 3 stars. On the positive side, great location

El hotel estå muy bien, la mujer de recepción fue muy agradable. Habitación no muy grande pero tampoco es pequeña, limpia. Creo que le falta una pequeña nevera, pero por todo lo demås estå muy bien.

C'est honteux, toutes les rues avoisinantes et la Place elle mĂȘme sont impossibles ... tout est interdit de passage par des grilles et des panneaux de sens interdit. C'est la fĂȘte de la musique. Nous avons 82 et 83 ans et il faudrait abandonner notre voiture dans un environnement douteux Ă  cause de la populace rameutĂ©e par le bruit. Puis Ă  notre Ăąge , emmener Ă  pieds, nos bagages sur au moins 500 m pour ne pas dormir de la nuit en raison du vacarme promis! Est-il normal qu'on nous vante une chambre climatisĂ©e et un parking de proximitĂ© quand on sait au moment de la rĂ©servation que les conditions seront des plus inconfortables. J'ai vu aprĂšs coup, que la climatisation Ă©tait contestĂ©e par des clients sur les commentaires que je n'avais pas lus avant de rĂ©server et de payer cette chambre ... c'Ă©tait une rĂ©servation faite la veille au soir ! Le coĂ»t de cette soirĂ©e si forminable avoisine 100 euros ... c'est cher pour abandonner la nuitĂ©e et finir Ă©cƓurĂ©s par reprendre la route et rentrer dans notre maison Ă  plus de 200 km L'environnement de cette soirĂ©e Ă©tait bien sur connu du loueur. C'est honteux !

Absence d'ascenseur! Ceci ne me semble pas ĂȘtre indiquĂ© dans le descriptif de votre site. (merci Ă  la personne de l'accueil qui a montĂ© la valise de ma femme). Chambre petite, douche trĂšs difficilement rĂ©glable en tempĂ©rature (deux robinets)! A priori un hĂŽtel dont les "3*" datent !

Nous y sommes allĂ©s pour une nuit. C'est bien pour une nuit. La salle de bain est peu petite notamment la douche. L'hĂŽtel est bien localisĂ© si on veut ĂȘtre dans le centre. Merci de nous avoir donnĂ©e une chambre avec une vue sur l'Ă©glise.

Le personnel de l’établissement est trĂšs accueillant et chaleureux. L’établissement est situĂ© juste Ă  cĂŽtĂ© du chĂąteau de Villandry et de la voie vĂ©lo donc trĂšs pratique et facile d’accĂšs. Le point un peu plus nĂ©gatif concerne l’état gĂ©nĂ©ral et la vĂ©tustĂ© de certains Ă©lĂ©ments de la chambre. ( peinture Volets, jointes de la baignoire, tapisserie.. )

En entrant la chambre n'avait pas été nettoyée, les draps étaient utilisés et froissés en tas sur le lit et les serviettes en tas à terre. Le personnel est gentil mais dépassé. On nous a paraßt-il surclassés dans un logement sans eau chaude. Les escaliers sont dangereux pour le transport des bagages. Il y a un chantier en cours pour réunir deux hÎtels... Il y aurait du potentiel mais à éviter tant que la réorganisation et les travaux ne sont pas terminés.

Premier contact avec la dame en soirée s'est bien déroulée. Pas de climatisation, literie pas terrible, température de douche difficilement ajustable, accueil par un monsieur le lendemain à la limite de l'incorrect.
