"Checked in, verified with email and my ID. Was checked in under the wrong name, for the wrong length of stay, and charged our credit card. I caught the mistake and then had to go through the entire checkin process again, verified it once again and then was charged for my actual stay. "It was a very convenient location, the linens were very clean and the breakfast was surprisingly good! Good value for the price."

"Flooring in room was damp under the fake wood boards and done liquid oozed up with every step. Front desk have me one towel to deal with it. Breakfast was very limited. Airport shuttle wasn't running and one from a different hotel showed up at random times."
