"The front desk staff was extremely rude and anything but helpful. The entire hotel smelled like burnt popcorn and stale cigarettes, the hallways and our room included. There was pubic hair in our bathtub and on the toilet. The fridge had left over food in it, AC barely worked and sounded like it was going to explode. The first night, we asked the front desk for more cups because our room didn’t have any, and toilet paper because there was less than half a roll in our room, and was told they didn’t have any of the cups or toilet paper. The next morning I asked the housekeeper for more towels because our room only had 2, and were told that they didn’t have any. Worst hotel stay that I have ever had. Everything that could go wrong with this reservation, did. Should be shut down, or get new management immediately. I’ll be asking for a total refund."

"The hotel was very nice and modern. Room was very clean and nice, along with the pool. The only downfall was you could hear everything that happened in the hallway, along with what happened on the floor above you. We slept terrible due to this."
