"When I checked in they seemed friendly, the few requests I had, the manager was rude and seemed put out. They are very strict on towels and smiles. The staff and many residents are on continual smoke breaks. I checked out a day early due to how uncomfortable the bed was and Steve the smoker employee intentionally hid the luggage carts so I had to move everything to the car by hand. I will never stay there again and I suggest you don’t either!"

"I was very pleased and impressed with this hotel. It’s a perfect place for a 1 or 2 night stay 5 minutes from the airport! The rooms are simple but have everything you need for a short stay. The breakfast is good and offered more than I expected. There’s really good coffee in the lobby, a pool and outside lounge area. I love the egg/swing chairs in the lobby. I would definitely again!"

"I always have one of the best stays in Portland at the Radison. Though this property is older than some of the others they are in the process of modernizing them and the renovated units are very good. What makes this hotel special is the front desk staff and the re amazing. I wish there was a better word to express my satisfaction but yes the are the best in Portland and for most of the pacific north west as i travel the chole coast and seldom or never receive hospitality like this. "

"We adore this location! They are clean, comfortable and spacious. The staff are so incredibly kind and welcoming. Any issues are addressed quickly and with the guest in mind. We love the restaurant! The food is great and drinks are well crafted. This is our go-to for our casual trips to Portland. They are pet friendly and still so nice! "
