"Incredibly dirty floors. Have not been mopped in years. Had to slip in shoes after showering or the bottom my feet would be black with dirt. At least they clean the towels. Mine were washed so many times that the fabric was see through in spots where there was fabric. The shower was scalding hot, ..."
