Cool design of rooms, beautiful view from our room to the Jested mountain, and good breakfast. Very pleasant staff. The only issue I had, was the check in: it wasn't clear until when is the reception open. Downloading yet another app and filling forms with information I already have in my Expedia profile, while waiting on a very hot lobby was a bit annoying.

Just perfect!

Service was superb. We had one person who had difficulties to go up to the reception because of the fear of heights and the reception was in the 5th floor (and there was only elevators with glass walls), so they tried to change our reservation to an another hotel, but it was full. Finally we managed to get up to the room and it was perfect. Nice room with balcony and five-star breakfast with sparkling wine was a cherry on top of the cake.

The staff is very friendly and Agatha made my room perfect for my stay. The hotel is amazing with small things like umbrellas in the rooms etc. But the check-Inn is just terrible for a 4 star hotel. Most of the mobile phones are not working to open thd door and the reception is not available most of the time. A 4 star hotel should have a reception open at least from 3 to 10 pm. The mobile and self assistant check-inn is not working at all. This US really sad as the first impression of the hotel is not good even that the hotel is great.

Nice stay

We had a nice stay in the Pyloun City Boutique Hotel. Check-in was automatic via a tablet on the 5th floor as we arrived late. We had to pay an additional 2000 CZK as a deposit for the mini bar and possible damage in the room. Our room was on the 6th floor. Unfortunately there were no elevator for the additional floor so we had to carry our suitcase for some stairs. The room was clean and had everything we needed for a short stay. The bathroom construction was a bit unusual as there were a lot of mirrors and the wall had a window through which one could look into the room or the other way around. A roller blind was available for a bit more privacy. The staff was friendly and understood English well. The breakfast room on the 5th floor was also the reception and had enough diversity food wise. We enjoyed our stay :)

Superb Central Hotel

The hotel is nice, clean and modern. Personal were very friendly and professional. The breakfast was just ok. Only one cons… they need upgrade the towels… very poor quality and old but clean. I would come back.

My favorite hotel in Liberec!

I often come to Liberec for work, and I always try to stay in this hotel. The rooms are comfortable with great amenities, and the staff is very professional and helpful. I like the breakfast spread, which can be eaten out on the patio weather allowing. The location is optimal for transportation in and beyond Liberec, and it is near some good restaurants and the shopping mall. Not all hotels in Czech Republic have air-conditioning, but this hotel does and I greatly appreciated it during the July heat. I left some things by accident in my room, and the manager kindly arranged for them to be kept safely for me until I could pick them up. I'll be back!!!

We stayed at this hotel for one night, at check-in we were specifically told that if we arrive late and leave the hotel before eight in the morning we do not pay for parking on the road in front of the hotel behind the blue line, we did so and received a report from the police. It is very unfortunate that they misled us and caused us heartache and an unnecessary and expensive financial report

Fin morgenmadsbuffet. Venligt og rigeligt servicepersonale inde på hotellet (ingen reception, men en vagt i lobbyen). Udmærket seng - til gengæld var der ikke gjort rent under den. I dagtimerne (8-20) infernalsk støj fra noget, der kunne være en borehammer, under hele opholdet (juli 2025). Mangelfuld information fra hotellet før ankomst - der kunne let laves en bedre vejledning vedr. digital check-in og digitale nøgler. Kommunikationen omkring parkering indem ankomst var meget sparsom, både hvad angår beliggenhed og hvordan man skal forholde sig for at få adgang til p-kælderen (spoiler: henvendelse til vagten i bygningen, enten personligt el. ved tryk på knap ved indkørselsbommen). Under opholdet ingen problemer med ind- og udkørsel - muligvis kamerastyret, men hvorfor virkede det så ikke ved ankomst, når nummerpladen var registreret ved bookingen? Alt i alt et ophold, der var acceptabelt, når man lige fik styr på modus operandi, men savnede mere/bedre information og mere komfortable lydforhold.

Der self-Check-in funktioniert noch nicht so, man braucht Hilfe bei der Eingabe z.B. der PKW Nummer (sonst kein Parkplatz) mir wurde ein falsches Zimmer (ohne Wanne und Balkon) zugewiesen-deshalb ärgerlich, weil du dann doch wieder auf englisch den Mann vom Self-check in anrufen musst, nach 5Minuten hin und her zur selbst Herstellung einer eigenen Zimmerkarte funktionierte es dann doch und ich bekam ein besseres Zimmer, als ich gebucht hatte. Zimmer dann top, Blick auf Liberec auch. Badewanne im Wohnzimmer, toll (gewöhnungsbedürftig) Frühstück gut-Personal freundlich.

Hyvällä paikalla, hyvään hintaan

Onnistunut yöpyminen, siisti huone vaikka onkin vähän turistialueen ulkopuolella. Etukäteis check in blutoothien kanssa ei toiminut ja ei saatu edes tervetuliaismaljoja, jotka oli sen tehdessä luvattu. Piti hakea respasta kortti. Ei tuntunut respassa olleen yllättynyt toimimattomuudesta.
