We arrived later in the day and were met with friendly, helpful faces. We felt welcomed and cared for and after a long road trip, this was wonderful. Highly recommend this spot for both short or long term stays. With the full fridge and kitchen, it would be ideal for a family.

The moment we arrived the Lady at the fromt desk came out and helped us with our luggage I know that was not a part of her job, but she went beyond her duties to help us out I just got out of surgery and was still quite dizzy she noticed and really helped us out. Can't thank her enough! she even told us ways of how to sa ve money if we ever have to stay at another Marriott Suite. My husband couldn't stop talking about the food bar at breakfast he was so amazed at all the food items they had to choose from. I didn't get to eat had another procedure that morning as well. Everything was bettter than I could have ever imagined thank you so much for making everything easy during a very difficult time.

Upon check-in the lady at the desk was not very nice and quite short with me. She said I arrived an hour earlier than their 3pm check-in. So I decided to wait as I had just drove from Wisconsin to Kentucky. Not too long after, a family that required an ADA room arrived. I positioned myself close to the front desk to see if that family would be turned away. and they weren't. I didn't make a fuss however made my presence known. After that family checked-in, I was then given my room before their 3pm check-in time. Housekeeping is only done every other day which normally would be fine but the weather was quite humid during our trip which I would shower twice a day. I requested extra towels and never received them. I also needed extra toilet paper as my room didn't have a backup roll but didn't get that either. I had to go to the first floor and grab toilet paper from a general bathroom used by guests in the lobby. Other than this, the beds were comfortable. the shower pressure was weak and parking is scarce. Some guests had to park in the street. If you are looking for somewhere to just sleep and no luxuries, this is ideal. However, if you are looking to interact with staff and are looking to enjoy the amenities, skip this place.
