The hotel is in walking distance of restaurants and bars. The room was clean and quiet, staff was friendly. The only negative is the shower has a eco friendly timer and u have to keep pushing it for water.

My son and I came to stay for the Alabama/Kentucky football game in November 2023. It was a beautiful hotel. The staff was professional, kind, and helpful. The room was comfortable and it was in a safe area. I would definitely come back

Beautiful location with so many things to do you would need a week. Very fun area. Unfortunately the hotel falls short. Valet parking at 31$plus tip and no luggage service. If you book with Expedia you will be located in the worst room on the property. Property is over the top noisy on the weekends. ( college town) however that is the offset for so much to do. The pool is small, but maintained perfectly. The roof top infinity louge is convenient but understaffed. That all being said I would stay here again. I just feel they have some work to put in, to become top tier.

Staff was unbelievable rude. Check in was 3pm. Never got key code thru app. Had to wait 45 mins due to everybody trying to check in. There was only one person checking people in. Why have keyless checkin if they don’t use it? After checkin, I could not find elevator and the only other staff member in lobby couldn’t speak English. Great hotel, bad staff.

I had an excellent stay at the Lexington Marriott City Center! The staff were friendly and welcoming. My room was comfortable, clean and modern. The amenities were top-notch, especially the rooftop restaurant. Overall, a wonderful experience. I would definitely stay here again!
