The hotel is conveniently located downtown. We needed to use the service elevators because the guests elevators were shutdown. The hotel needs updating. The full service breakfast was great.

I’ve stayed at this property previously and had a good experience. I was fairly disappointed this stay. It seemed like there were extra fees for everything. The staff was cold. There were no towels for the pool. But the gym was very nice and enjoyable.

Mattresses were worn out and bath towels were coarse and thin. Not worthy of a flagship downtown hotel.

It was the best bed that we had slept in at a hotel. The elevators were broken so we had to use the ones that the kitchen uses.

We enjoyed the location and being able to walk to our destinations. The hotel was clean and we liked the decor and safe parking. We would have given it an excellent rating if the hotel offered free breakfast and the water pressure in the shower was better.

Great place to stay. Staff was great. Even with some elevators down. Had no problem getting to the 16th floor. Will stay here again

The elevators were inoperable. I got stuck on the 10th floor because the elevator would not respond. all guests had to find and use the service elevator

We had a great stay. Friendly, easy check in. Room was clean and quiet. Walkable to lots of downtown eateries and bars.

The hotel was nice. Bathroom a little rough. Looks like it had been updated but had some water damage maybe, and sink drained slow. Room was nice and clean and smelt fresh. we had a great view. Kids and myself enjoyed the pool. Nice warm water. We would stay again.

Great location, friendly staff, decent bar/dining on site but old building. Fan made noise all night, shower leaked water all over, elevators out of service for half the stay, garage pass stopped working day 1 so I had to keep getting “buzzed out”. Very friendly staff though.

We went to Lexington for a concert at Rupp Arena. It was so convenient to walk across the street and not have any traffic issues. Great location for walking around downtown. Breakfast buffet as delicious with made to order omelets. Great stay all around!
