It was confusing to be told there would be no dining room service and no pool service but see other patrons. Having used the pool and dining. We would have planned differently if we had known the description was not accurate. We understand that the property is under renovation and that was totally expected, but it would have been nice for the email that came the same day as checking in to be more accurate. The noise was limited to daytime hours and we were pleased by that. There was very little inconvenience due to the renovations otherwise and the lobby was beautifully kept. Coffee service was lacking and that was a disappointment for my family.
