"I would recommend avoiding the bell service unless you specifically need it. My experience was extremely frustrating and felt more like harassment than hospitality. I politely declined assistance at least five separate times. First, I was asked if I needed help with my luggage—I said, “No, thank you.” Then I was asked if I needed a luggage cart, and again I declined. "Have stayed at many Marriott hotels and this was by far the worst experience. Would never stay here again nor recommend. The room next to us had a barking dog… think they moved them?.. NO. The rooftop pool is amazing in theory. Completely understand they allow pool passes. But on the 4th of July, should be suspended. 97% of seating was taken by non staying guests.
