"The room was clean. The staff was very helpful. The air-conditioning was not working in our room. We contacted the front desk and they sent someone up immediately to take care of it. It was very impressive that they took care of it so quickly. The breakfast was good and had a nice assortment."

"Not my favorite place. Staff struggled with things like room charges. Overcharged my card for parking . Stayed two nights, charged for 4 days of parking. Watch your card charges. I almost didn’t notice. Maids threw garbage and dirty sheets in halls and made it impossible to get through. It was gross walking over people’s soiled dheets and towels. "

"Room was clean, but had an over powering smell of perfume. It was so strong it made my mouth feel weird, if anyone understands that. We had to open the window for a bit to clear it out. Also soon after we checked in, a staff member opened our door up and then said they had it marked that our room was empty. There were no sheet or blankets available for the sleeper sofa and we had to go get them ourselves. Pool was filthy, but there was about 15-20 people/kids in it before we went. The night woman working was awful. We needed an antacids and an extra blanket. She was obviously napping in the lobby and not used to people bothering her in the middle of the night. Very rude about it, but we were told that snack area was 24/7. "

"I had an excellent stay at the Residence Inn. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable, with everything needed for a relaxing visit. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with anything we needed. The complimentary breakfast was a great bonus with plenty of good options to start the day. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ "

"The parking lot has pool size puddles that will flood your car out. There is only 1 elevator for 3 floors. The elevator sounds like its on its last leg the floor in it was dirty sticky and wet the entire time. The room did not appear properly maintained besides fresh bedding. One bed was on a slant with the head resting lower than the foot. There was old candy wrappers and food crumbs and dog hair all in the room. The bathroom also had hair on the floor toilet and tub. The shower head barely worked and the shower curtain rod was placed at a slant so the shower curtain that was torn to shreds kept sliding to the middle of the rod so there was a 2 ft gap for air to blast you at the front and back of the tub. Convenient location but definitely need to be better maintained and cleaning staff either needs help or a crash course in what cleaning a rental should look like. "
