Great stay in this hotel with very nice thermal pools, very enjoyable warm large pool, comfortable room, good food.

personal very! friendly very spacious breakfast- and dining room very good breakfast, no queues very good dinner, but the restaurants outside are also very recommendable (and less expensive) the spa area is really good and spacious! the hot water pools are warm enough also in winter and they even have a cool water pond. - the hotel looks a bit "aged" and so does the rooms. I had a balcony where the wooden floor really looked bad and dark and shabby. The hotel doesn't seem to invest much in the single rooms /lifts etc. It feels as you'd be in the 1940ies. That's a bit a pity because apart from that it's actually very nice here (also for kids).

The two persons in the reception are the worst people you can have to represent the hotel, they are rude specially the lady. But the people in the restaurant and the kitchen are the best, five ⭐️ for them.

In die Jahre gekommenes Hotel.

Ziemlich in die Jahre gekommenes Hotel. Es bracht noch Chat immer eine komplett Renovation aber etwas neue Farbe und punktuell neue Böden würden schon sehr viel bewirken. Spa nicht wirklich toll. Teppichboden in Zimmer wirkt alt und das Bett was sehr durchgelegen.

Spontan Bade Weekend. Die Bäderlandschaft ist absolut top. Auch die Zimmer sind sauber, modern und zweckmäßig eingerechnet. Das Frühstück Buffet war zwar sehr umfangreich, jedoch waren die Behälter immer wieder über längere Zeit leer. Man musste das Personal immer wieder darauf hinweisen. Die benutzten Tische wurden lange nicht abgeräumt.
