"We had a great time at this hotel. We were there 2 nights and it was very easy to get in the car and see all of Isle of Sky from there. The property was under some construction but they did a good job of keeping it mostly away from the rest of the hotel. We were probably going to miss dinner one night but the staff said they’d put in an order for us at 8:15 pm so we could roll in with a reserved seat and eat before they closed. Nice! "The room was very clean and the beds were very comfy , nice view from our room to watch the sunset , there is a large nicely decorated living room area downstairs just to relax. And the dining room has large windows just to look out and see the beautiful countryside. The staff were very polite , accommodating and professional."

"Rooms were clean and comfortable, general lounge area was nice and breakfast was fantastic Only down side is no staff on site and check in 4pm with check out at 10am- remote check in means your code is not activated until 4pm and so no early check in availiable."

"The staff were exceptionally nice. The room was clean. Plenty 9f parking. Breakfast was good. But the evening meals were expensive and not as good as I would expect given how much they cost. We had our last meal there and as I'm a vegetarian, I'm limited anyway. They could not adjust I was told as the meals came ready made - so microwave food for £15 to £20. I ended up getting soup."

Walls are thin and could hear neighbors’ phone alarms and opening/closing room doors all morning. Unable to sleep after 5am. Dinner in the restaurant was fully booked by a large group when checking in. Would not stay here again."
