I truly recommend this place since it is in the downtown of Leticia so you can find everything you need close to the hotel. Also, the staff was really amazing.

As a place used a lot by travelers with early mornings, having coffee available by 7am would be nice. The staff were friendly and did their best to accomodate the language barrier (I spoke very little spanish, no one spoke any english).

This place has a good location near many places but inside the place needs a little more attention to the property for example tv signal was terrible only a few channels wich you can’t see nothing due anthena conexion also pool need more cleaning during the day bathroom need to be separate from toilet.. bed need to have a rug

The room with "coutyard view" was a room with a window facing the interior of the hall. I complained. I was told that was my room. I complained again, showing the pictures amd description from expedia. Nowhere on Expedia it says that there are room without a window facing outside. I was eventually moved to a room with a regular window, but with a not-working shower. The place is a dump.

Habitación sucia, toallas humedad y usadas previamente (llenas de sangre). A Ningún aislamiento acústico en la habitación. Extremadamente ruidosa. El personal al momento del check in tampoco hizo nada por arreglar la situación. Lugar nada recomendable.

Es un hotel en término general aceptable, pero tiene una persona dentro de sus colaboradores que es grosera y de poca empatía. Refiere a los huéspedes que debemos pagar a el hotel lo que la plataforma le descuenta a ellos porque es muy poquito lo que les cancelan la plataforma. Se nota ordinaria y poco amable. La verdad no fue ella quien me atendió por primera vez sino otra niña que fue muy amable.
