The room smelt like mold!! Staff was very unfriendly and unhelpful!! I was forced to leave after the fist night after breathing the MOLD and mildew! Fell sick after ....Terrible and worse place. I do NOT recommend this hotel find some where else !! I would have give zero stars if that was the option.

Outstanding staff and very nice place! The apartments are comfortable and well equipped. The balcony view is green. Very quiet in the morning, though a little far away from dining and parks. I will stay again!

This is a nice new place for Leticia. There are no rooms, but rather apartments, and they have everything you could possibly need for a long term stay. The staff is very professional and accommodating. The breakfast room is lovely and the cook was excellent! The neighborhood is quiet in the morning! Wonderful! The drawbacks I found were that the location is a bit out of the way, and the apartment was a little crowded with table, chairs, couch, so on, and the bathroom was also quite a tight squeeze. Still a great option in Leticia and I plan to stay again!

Aparhotel nuevo, aún en proceso de completar algunos detalles de dotación. Muy cómodo y agradable. El desayuno muy rico. El personal muy amable y presto para colaborar. Lo único no tan bueno es que queda un poco retirado del centro, como para ir caminando. Se requiere tomar tuktuk, generando un costo adicional de unos 7 mil pesos por viaje
