Dishonest management, horrible hotel

I am not even going to write about how terrible this so called hotel is but it is nothing like they try to sell to you. I left and found another place to stay when I arrived. They promised me a refund but did not give me my money back, hotels dot com tried to help me but they had no luck. They are thieves. Avoid this hotel.

Pictures and some parts of the hotel doesnt matc…

There is a huge empty pool in the middle of the hotel with no water and no safety warning not to fall.. shower water was always very hot although kept it only cold. May be something special to our time. Otherwise breakfast was ok but we stayed aweek and it was the same menu all the time.. Room is ok comfortable and 5-10mins walk to main restaurants and bars which was ok also.. Internet access was an important detail for me to work from hotel, in my confirmation had a free wifi inc in my room but when we arrived it was only at the lobby..had to do expensive roaming all the time.

Orel çok eski, bakımsız. Genelde turlar tarafından kullanılıyor. Çeşmelerde sadece sıcak su akıyor, kaynar kaynar dişinizi bile onunla fırçalamak zorunda kalıyorsunuz. Odalar ve çarşaflar çok temiz. 1-2 gün kalınacaksa idare edilir ama uzun bir tatil bence mümkün değil.

Oda girişi için biraz bekledik. Temizlik yapılıyordu. Otel iki kısımdan oluşuyor. Bir tanesi eski bina sanırım diğeri yeni bina. Biz yeni binalara denk geldik. Havuz manzaralı bir oda vermeleri harika. Keşke 1 gün faha kalabilseydik. Kahvaltısı beklentimin altındaydı. Çay suları biraz deniz suyu kokuyordu. Ama genel olarak memnun ayrıldık. Bu kadar düşük not ortalaması da ilginçti.

Bei Ankunft haben wir ein Zimmer erhalten, welches bei der Präsentation des Hotels auf keinem Zimmerfoto (klein, sehr spartanisch eingerichtet, noch Urin in der Toilette..) gezeigt wurde.. Sofort wurde uns ein Update angeboten, nochmal 70€ für das Zimmer und nochmals Abgabe Touristiksteuer... Dieses Zimmer schockte uns mit der Badewanne, die schimmelige Fugen hatte.. Inklusive kaltes Wasser während des gesamten Aufenthaltes... Mehrmals wurde der Veranstalter und auch das Hotel darauf hingewiesen.. Nichts passiert... Ausser, dass wir tatsächlich Toilettenpapier mal ohne Aufforderung bekommen haben... Frühstück draußen mit Blick auf den leeren, schmutzigen Pool.. Die gesamte Anlage sollte dringend renoviert werden... Es soll aber auch schöne Zimmer geben, haben wir allerdings weder bekommen, noch gesehen...

Akşam 8’de otele gittik.Resepsiyonada kimse yoktu. diğer resepsiyon gorevlisine gidip durumu anlattık. Molada oldugunu, beklememizi gorevlinin geleceğini söyledi. Yarim saat daha bekledik. diğer gorevli aradı ama ulaşamadı. Otelin altında çamaşırhanede çalışan kadından görevliye ulaştık. Bu saatte gittiğimiz için bizi azarladı. Masada da 24 saat açık resepsiyon yazıyor. Oda verirken de biraz dolandık. İlk vermeye çalıştıkları oda doluydu. Sonra başka oda verdiler. Upgrade yaptık dedikleri odanın fotoğraftaki odalarla alakası yok. Temiz ama eski, banyo camı otelin koridoruna bakıyor ve kırıktı. 1.85 cm üstü birisi baksa banyonun içini görebilirdi yani. Wifi de çekmiyordu. Kahvaltısı yeterliydi. Fiyat çok uygundu ama sadece 1 gece kalacağımız yerde o kadar çok vakit kaybettik ki akşamımız gitti.

The worst hotel in Petra. Avoid

The worst hotel I ever been in my life. I travel to Petra every year and I will never go back there again. Rusty and broken shower, blood on the sheets, broken single beds instead of a double. Flies all over the breakfast food. I wonder how it's still open

great night and day

was a great and self-sufficient get away for families and young travellers while the city is not too far either. although the wifi addicts may be disappointed as the range is limited. would certainly recommend it and has great value. the receptionist was very helpful and smiling and cheery.

Vi var en familie afsted med 3 voksne børn. Hotellet levede fuldt op til vores forventninger efter det vi havde læst om det da vi bookede. Poolbarens betjening og udvalg af mad og drikke var dog ringe i forhold til pris. Ellers var personalet meget søde og imødekommende. Hyggeligt hotel tæt på by og strand.Hotellets størrelse taget i betragtning kunne der godt have været mere underholdning eller andre aktiviteter.
