"Very clean!"

"Perfect location"

"The location on the river was beautiful. The rooms are huge and well appointed. Parking is an issue. The building is very large and there are other hotels/residences in the building. It’s difficult to know where the entrance is and where to park. However, the staff from the other businesses are very helpful."

"Painfully slow elevator. Waited in the area with 4, 1 came after 5 minutes but was full. Waited for another while the area filled with more people waiting. Ended up giving up and took the stairs 4 floors. Other than that, comfortable bed and convenient location."

"It was our first time staying here! We loved it! Felt like more of a home than a hotel and we had a ton of space in our room! Microwave with mini fridge is amazing so we could enjoy meals we had more than once! Loved the location and we had a wonderful time! Staff was quick at responding when we had questions! Thank you!"

"They charged me 400 dollars for no reason when I already paid online plus the safe deposit"

"El ruido de la calle es terrible, deberían cambiar las ventanas por unas que bloqueen en sonido de afuera."

"The best location, clean, rooms are very very nice; great staff! Overall, a great place to stay to visit Drexel and UPenn."

"Such a cute spot it was perfect for the weekend, it was in the perfect location near so many nice restaurants and cafes. Staff were so friendly. The breakfast also was perfect for a quick grab in the morning ! ( obsessed with the coffee cake). We had a really great stay :)"

"The apartment was cosy and comfortable. The bathroom shower, however, leaked so much water to the floor and we had to keep using towels to keep the water from spreading. Apart from that, it was a good experience staying there"

"Nice staff"
