"We had bad impression since we arrived. We choose this hotel because they saud they have shuttle bus. So when we arrive at train station, we actually called them to ask them to pick us up caz 2 of us had 3 luggages. The person who picked up the phone refused and said he could not come to pick up as he was the reception and cannot leave the hotel. And said we could walk to hotel only 400 m. So we walked up and the road is on the way up to the hill for the whole 400 m. Can you imagin 2 small...

"Once arraving at around 10:00 in the morning we were very thankful to the host for letting us into the room early. The Hostest was very kind and made us feel very welcome. The room was clean and a good size, the cleaning cost was not required as you are able to clean yourself. I liked how you are able to order food for the morning the night before. The hotel is perfect for anyone who is looking to ski as there is free bus going direct to the lift. A great stay, Thank you :)"

"This is a lovely hotel. The rooms are spacious, comfortable and very clean - cleaned every day by their wonderful team. Really good breakfast. Great location - 1 minute walk to the bus stop or 10 minute walk to the shops/restaurants. Convenient boot room for ski storage and a wonderful swimming pool. The staff cannot do enough for you - so friendly and helpful. We have stayed here 3 times now and would highly recommend The Chris-Tal."

"I recently stayed at Ibis Styles Les Houches Chamonix and had a pleasant experience overall. The hotel is conveniently located in the Chamonix Mont-Blanc valley, just a short walk from the Bellevue cable car. The rooms were bright and clean, equipped with a flat-screen TV and free WiFi.
