"It is located close to the Atlantic Beach Boardwalk, and within easy walking distance of many shops and attractions. While on the main road, the hotel was very quiet. The room did not feel cramped, and appreciated that not only was there a mini-fridge and microwave, there was counter space for using them. The staff was friendly and helpful, and we also loved being right on the sound to enjoy the beautiful scenery and sunsets."

"Unfortunately, the pool was not open and construction was present outside our balcony for the entire 4 day stay. These issues were not disclosed to us until after check in. The indoor pool wasn’t heated as advertised and the weather was chilly at times. The heated pool would have been lovely. Instead, most people utilizing the indoor pool area just crowded into a small hot tub. Concerns about a guest exposing himself were not taken seriously and the guest did it a second time in front of children. Overall, a very poor experience."

"Beach view was obstructed by the front door awning. This was the room we were moved to after finding our assigned room completely unready with ceiling popcorn falling to the floor and unmade beds. Daughter's friend was with us and she walked barefoot through the room and wound up with filthy black feet."

"The location was wonderful! The property was beautiful! The only issue I have is that you check in at 4 PM on Friday and check out at 10 AM on Sunday. But you pay for two days. I did ask for an extended stay and they gave me up until 4 PM anyway. But we ended up checking out at 10:30 AM. Only because we already packed everything up and thought that we had to leave by 10 but otherwise everything was great and they were very accommodating."

"We stayed in room 7. The AC is plugged into a converter which gets so hot, it trips. So the AC turns off, the the converter turns back on so the AC turns back on and makes a beep. That goes on every 10 mins or so u til the converter completely overheats and shuts everything down for an undetermined amount of time. After leaving the AC on all day while we were gone, we came back to a room that was hotter than the outside temperature and it smelled so bad. At this point it was too late to do anything so we suffered and sweat all night. I went down to the beach in the morning, came back to get stuff together and check out, and again the room was hotter than outside. The only good thing I can say about this room is the beds are comfortable. The towels are the standard child sized super scratchy ones."
