It is showing its age however, but we still had a wonderful experience, with my husband celebrating his birthday at dinner where the staff made his night very special. "Chisomo was fantastic. The manager Steven (or Stephen?) was wonderful and ever present. Food was great and plentiful. Rooms were everything you’d want. The property - pool, walkways, dining area - were all very well maintained. All staff were extremely helpful and friendly. All the activities were very well-executed and planned. Drivers/guides/trackers were wonderful (knowledgeable, friendly, professional, etc.). Highly recommended. "

"We unfortunately stayed for just one night on Thursday, 23 October 2025, on our way back to Joburg, but it was a truly perfect experience, just as we had hoped. The view was absolutely stunning, and the location is beautiful, safe, and enveloped by a lovely forest. We were overjoyed to receive an upgraded room for our special occasion, celebrating my partner’s 64th birthday, which made our stay even more memorable.
