"The hotel was great overall base on cleanliness, amenities and customers service. A walking distance to the mall. Though, there is no available restaurant in the hotel you have walk to the mall a few blocks away. There is a shuttle that you can use upon request to drop you off and pick you up to and from the Dolphin Mall. Airport shuttle is included. The nicest thing that I like is that the rooms are spacious with a kitchenette where you can cook for a longer stay. Overall, it was a great experience. "

"Internet was good airport shuttle was great the customer service was awesome small problem that they was brought to they attention and can be fixed is there was roaches .. beside that the stay was clean and awesome "

"Staff was friendly always smiling and very helpful even though the Bistro was closed the front desk called and asked to make my mom a cup of hot tea which they did with a smile. I asked for a room with a view of the mall when I was checking in and they found one, so needless to say they really do make their guests feel special."
