Me tocó temporada de que había demasiados Elementos de la Guardia Nacional y hacían sus actividades como pase de lista, marchar,.etc...así que no fue del todo tranquilo para descansar.

Reservamos la habitación y nos cancelaron el día que llegamos , el pretexto fue que “según” se contactaron pero nunca respondí , y aclaré que no tengo llamadas perdidas ,ni whats,ni mensajes , pero como fue temporada alta debido al magno evento de examen de admisión a especialidades, prefirieron rentar la habitación que teníamos reservada ,así que mucho ojo,NOO CONFÍEN EN ESTE HOTEL 😡

Totalmente decepcionante ,desde la recepción , el restaurante en particular el trato del personal pésimo y muy mal trato a los huéspedes, condiciones de limpieza con cucarachas en las habitaciones, solo por que envíe un mensaje trataron de remediar algo pero nunca lo hicieron, ojo cuando reserven.

El Hotel me canceló mi reserva por falta de cobro, cuando la reserva era para pagar al hotel, al final me resolvieron después de un rato de espera de respuesta. Reservé una habitación doble y nos dieron una sencilla, el Wifi no funciona. La atención y seguimiento de la gente y personal es muy buena. Fuga de agua en el baño. Lo malo fue que no se cumplió lo pagado por una habitación doble cuando la habitación sencilla cuesta menos.
