Das Zimmer war sauber und das Bad neu und modern, leider blieb der Ascher trotz Hinweis auf dem Balkon ungeleert. Negativ auch: die Vorhänge verdunkeln nicht richtig. Frühstück gut und reichhaltig. Das in dem relativ kleinen Frühstücksraum aber Hunde rein dürfen, geht überhaupt nicht... Dazu das Restaurant leider abends geschlossen.

Das Zimmer war super schön. Das Restaurant war zu aufgrund von Betriebsferien, ich finde das hätte man im Vorfeld melden müssen, wir sind mitem einem Kleinkind angereist mit der Annahme das wir im Hotel essen können und so stressfrei unterweg sind. Die Restaurants in der Umgebung hatten Geschlossene Gesellschaft und somit mussten wir am Schluss eine Pizza abholen. Dass das Wasser verunreinigt ist, haben wir zufällig gelesen, auch das finden wir, hätte man beim Einchecken erwähnen können.

Empfang sehr freundlich und einfach. Zimmer sehr ruhig und sauber. Am Abend. Um 22 Uhr noch ein Schlummertrunk, war fast nicht möglich. Schade. Mit Mühe noch ein Drink bekommen. Wurden auf einen seperaten Raum verwiesen. Kellner hätte uns vielleicht auf dies aufmerksam machen sollen, dann hätten wir ein anderes Lokal gesucht im Dorf .Dann gar nicht mehr beachtet worden. Versuchten eine Stunde lang zu bezahlen. Nimand da, auch die anderen 2 Gäste waren ratlos. Mit schlechtem Gewissen ins Bett. Wir hatten ja Schulden. So eine Kleinigkeit. Die es aus macht. Infos sind manchmal das A und O. Dann wäre es kein Problem. Bin selbst im grossen Hotel tätig 4 Sterne plus. Ich weiss wie man mit wenig mehr macht☺️

Nous avons passé une nuit dans l'établissement. La chambre pour 3 personnes était confortable. Le buffet du petit déjeuner est varié et copieux. Le restaurant propose des plats traditionnels bons et généreux.

The location is very quite in front of a stream and your balcony facing to the stream. What I didn't like was the checkout. During the checkout they realised that their system is not updated that I paid through expedia already. The Hotel could have been check this at the time of check in to avoid last minute confusion. Even though the hotel staff was very accommodative, but this cost me my entire morning program as we planned to reach the skiing station by 9:00. This could have been avoided
