"Beautiful room and fantastic spa!"

"Facilities wet clean and well maintained. Staff was courteous and knowledgeable."

"Peeling paint everywhere in the ceiling of the bathroom. And the door hinges were coming out. Had to slam the door. Shut to get it to close."

"Nobody at the front desk. Had to check in via a kiosk, with someone on video. I prefer face-to-face. The room wasn't ready by check in time 3:00. Custodian had to rush through our room because we were waiting in the car. I think they are understaffed. We asked for more coffee because we were only given 2 servings and they didn't get around to bringing it to the room. My husband went to the office and there was coffee there, but they didn't mention it to me when I called them."
