"Schöne, gepflegte Anlage..sehr ruhig gelegen und lädt zum Entspannen ein mit Schloss feeling. Plus eine bezahlbare Auswahl an Wellness Angeboten und kleinen Aktivitäten. Zimmer sind sauber und stilvoll eingerichtet..Hier und da wären ein paar mehr Steckdosen angebracht. Der Gastgeber, sowie Personal sind sehr engagiert und herzlich, so dass man sich willkommen fühlt. "Beware of Hidden Fees. We got hit with a €110 extra bill when leaving, with no communication of these fees beforehand. The check-in staff was nice but the person at checkout was very rude and argumentative. Stating that it was our fault for not knowing that there were extra fees for the sauna even though it is not stated anywhere at the hotel, on their website, on hotels.com or in any email communication and they failed to tell us this when we asked multiple times (!) about using the...

"We thoroughly enjoyed this quaint hotel during our stop in Pasewalk in October 2023. The room was very large and clean. Onsite parking was convenient. The restaurant in the basement was excellent. We stayed until they closed!"

"von 10.00 bis 18.00 versucht Rezeption zu erreichen um Buchung zu ändern. Niemand erreichbar oder belegt. Rückruf nach 18.30 , da war jedes Gespräch sinnlos. Mag ja nettes Hotel sein aber nen Telefonhörer abzunehmen sollte möglich sein innerhalb von 8 Stunden. Daher bestimmt niocht wieder."
