It's good enough for the price. The staff are very kind and helpful. The pool is beautiful. The rooms are kept clean, but do need some care in the wallpaper. Isn't fancy at all, but has good price and is close to the Main Street.

Amazing for price. Very clean, lovely pool. Wonderful staff and good location. Only problem was a neighbour dog that barked constantly. Not the hotel's fault. Rooms very spacious and had a TV that I doubt anyone watches, would prefer a mini fridge and some hooks and coathangers instead. Will definitely come back!

Topp service og beliggenhet, men lav standard

Beliggenheten og servicen er det som trekker dette hotellet opp. De ansatte var veldig hyggelige, og de gjorde alt for at vi skulle føle oss velkomne. Rommet var i og for seg rent og pent, men vi bestilte rom med utsikt mot bassenget, men "utsikten" var ut mot en gang, med store skyvedører i glass. Det var satt ut møbler som indikerte at dette skulle være "vår" balkong, men det føltes unaturlig å sitte der. Vi ble litt skuffet over badet, fordi doringen var ødelagt og helt løs, og vi fikk ett såpestykke og én kuvertpose med shampoo på deling, og ikke dispensere i dusjen, som vi har hatt på de andre hotellene vi har bodd på i området. Alt i alt vil jeg si hotellet er greit, men vi har bodd på hotell med lavere rangering, men høyere standard. Vi hadde kanskje derfor litt for høye forhåpninger til dette hotellet, men det var absolutt et trygt og godt sted å bo de dagene vi var på øya.

非常平價但是乾淨整潔，櫃檯人員友善，主動幫忙聯繫船公司來接駁。步行至海灘 約8分鐘。位置方便，旁邊也有簡易雜貨店。沒有電梯，入住二樓的旅客稍微辛苦一點。

Amazing stay

Friendly staff, good location next to lots of restaurants and a walkable distance to the night Market (good and cheap local food). We had a nice stay and the best breakfast in Bali! Stay here you will love it!

Service was good. Very near the ferry point but it was a walk to the main streets. There was free wifi but it is not strong enough to watch videos.

Pleasant staff, disappointing hotel

I booked to stay at Sari Nusa as the hotel looked relatively new compared to others on the island. However, although I wouldn’t say it was awful, it definitely wasn’t as expected. The room itself was spacious, but the bathroom taps and shower were rusted and it was a choice between freezing or scalding water. There was also a large open window space that was open to all the elements (mosquitoes), although I don’t think this was the case in all of the rooms. The staff were very pleasant, but their biggest downfall is that the rooms just do not get cleaned, except a change of bed sheets every now and again. When we arrived, the room was dirty, the bathroom stained and there was hair on the floor, I asked if it would be possible to have the room cleaned, but they just gave it a two minute run around with a mop whilst we were in the room. On the positive side, there was a large clean pool that gets the sun from 12-4pm and a shaded seating area for breakfast.

Value for money guesthouse.

Wonderful experience. Rooms were basic but clean, and some (including mine) had no hot water, which I'm ok with. Aircon worked great. Seems pretty popular among the families. Service was very responsive. Walking distance to the beach harbour, but I rented their scooter. For the price I paid I was very satisfied. Do make sure to have them reserve you a room with hot water showers if that matters.

Flot hotel til prisen, men location er off

Bookede dette sted på grund af de gode anmeldelser. De lyver ikke - hotellet er smukt og personalet er SÅ søde. Men location er ikke god, da hotellet er så nyt. Det ligger i et upcomming område, hvor der er construction mv. rundt om. Man skal gå af en mørk lang vej for at komme derhen. Jeg ville aldrig bo der alene! Om et par år er der sikkert åbnet flere ting i nærheden og så ligger det nok fint. Morgenmaden var dyr.
