"the managers were helpful carrying our cases up and down two fcloors. no lift there. we found the menu had the same thing on every night. i am a diabetic type two and not everything i could eat apart from the beef steak pie and chicken with rice. i did not want the peppercorn sauce but i asked for gravyt which was bought to me when i had nearly finished the meal. room service could have been better. sometimes no milk ortea bags . one occasion waste paper basket not emptied and cups npot washed. otherwise we were ahppy there. "I was staying because of work, but the accommodation was great, the bed was a bit on the hard side but that’s just personal taste, the room was spacious and comfy and there was fresh towels and toiletries provided. Overall my stay was excellent and I would definitely stay again. "
