"Fraoch House is a sweet place. It's older and has charm. Matthew the host was solicitous and eager to please. We had breakfast one morning and it was excellent. Our room was adequate. "The guest house is located in a quiet residential area a block away from a commercial road and easily accesible to/from the city centre. The bus stops are right in front of the house and it only takes 15 mins to get to the centre. The house is nicely decorated and very clean. The room we got was spot on with everyting needed. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom looked newly renovated. Ms. Margaret (host) is wonderful and very eager to help with anything you might need. "

"Spent five days here it’s a quiet location but connected with bus and direct airport tram connections right outside the tram passes through city centre too. There’s a shopping mall opposite with a free car park too. We walked up the main streets to the pubs and restaurants as weather was fab! The lobby, bar and restaurant staff were very friendly and helpful every day even when they were very busy. "We got lucky and found a street parking spot right in front of the property. Once we arrived there was no one there and we couldn’t find our room. We had to call the emergency number and after about 10 minutes on the call with them, we found it. It would be nice if they put clear markers for all rooms. We were facing to road and an ally so we opened our windows to let the cool breeze in. The room was perfect! Also, there is an Indian restaurant near by that I would highly recommended!!! "
