"The room was very clean, staff were nice. We didn’t eat breakfast before heading out but looked good. Parking was free and convenient."

"Our room was not serviced in any way throughout our two-night stay, even though we had left the “Service Requested” magnet on the outside of the door. The garbage was not removed, and the towels were not replaced. The floor was filthy, my feet and socks were black after walking on the floor. When I went to the desk to request clean towels, the clerk wanted to know why I wanted more towels. I suppose he thought we only needed one shower the whole weekend. He also didn’t believe me about the floor, then he fussed at me when he brought more towels because I left the door unlatched in order to get back in the room after the visit to the office. He insisted that was why the floor was dirty, the “dust” had gotten into the room because the door was not securely latched. There was no dust, it had been very rainy all week. There was also black mold in the bathtub."

"They were on a boil advisory and didn’t mention before arriving. They didn’t provide bottled water. Had no breakfast or arcade like advertised. I tried speaking to MOD and they didn’t care and brushed it off. I asked to speak to corporate and they said no one to talk to and said they would voice my concerns. I will never stay there again. Kids were disappointed!"

"Unfortunately they had a water main break nearby, so there was no running water when we got there. It did get fixed by the morning but no coffee, no juice, no oatmeal or waffles. They did give out bottles of water. The mattress and pillows were not comfortable at all. It smelled musty in the hotel. We think they cleaned the carpets and floors and that was why. The staff was friendly."
