"Great location, close to lots of restaurants and the canals. And steps away from the train station. Nice room.
Good breakfast with plenty of choices.
We arrived 50 minutes early for check in and they wanted to charge us 10 euro to get into the room.
Overall the staff were polite but not very friendly. Maybe that is just a cultural thing with us being from Canada. I would recommend this hotel and would stay again"

"The location right in front of the station and the comfort of the hotel room were excellent. One disappointing aspect, however, was that I was unable to use the self-check-in process because the necessary code—which was supposed to be sent via email—never arrived."

"Room was clean but shower head was broken. Since the hotel is located at busy corner, it was not quite at nights. The bathroom was very small and you should consider it if you are a big person."
