Very nice staff and the renovated rooms are also great! Prices are also fantastic. I’ll be back again and I don’t often say that about places in Bali. It was actually better than the pictures. Only slight issues was the kitchen was understaffed and it took 1.5hrs to get dinner one night. Every other night we got the food within 30 minutes. Not an issue! Will book this place again and tell all my friends.

The staff and guests are all lovely friendly. And very helpful. Nice and quiet place to stay. Food in hotel restuarant nice and resonably priced. Close to lots of good restuarants and shopping. Easy to get around. Short walk to beach . Will be going back to Kasnadi Hotel had the best relaxing time there. Also wayan and ketut do great massages at the hotel pool side.

Fuktiga rum, dåligt städat, mögel under regnsäsong

Älskar Kusnadi Hotel, har bott här i 30 år, sedan det var Rum Jungle. Älskar Hotellet, personalen, poolen, närhet till strand och shopping. Tyvärr har många nya högljudda barer och restauranger öppnad på gatan som varit tidigare lugn. Renligheten på Hotellet är tyvärr under all kritik!! Det är delvis smutsigt och mögligt, skulle behövas avfuktare på rummen, det räcker inte med aircon. Våra sängkläder var fuktiga vissa dagar, katastrof. Toan havererade en dag och hela badrummet låg under vatten. Man får byta rum då, men det tar ju från ens semestertid osv. Man får varken kompensation eller ursäkt. Med vänlig hälsning,

After our first night, we requested a room change because the initial room was very dirty. We were moved to a better room, but it was still not properly cleaned. The rooms could benefit from a deep cleaning, and the hotel should consider using bleach and stain remover for the sheets. On a positive note, the hotel staff were very friendly and always eager to assist.

After booking and paying in advanced a particular room when I stayed in July 24 for my Nov 24 holiday I arrived after an 18hr flight to be told my room was taken. After speaking to the manager over the phone and telling him I was going to post pictures of the room they had given me for the first night on Bali bogans and cancel my booking was the mistake rectified. Once we received the original room that was booked everything was ok. Small hotel, warm pool and basic breakfast. Stayed twice and won’t stay again.

Very good value. Staff, pool, grounds all well maintained. Once in hotel grounds you felt to be in a quiet (Legian standard) away from the hussle and bustle but out the door and there you are, shops,restaurants and close to beach. Our penthouse had great rooftop views of sunset. Breakfast a little slow to restock and limited. Staff seemed unaware of options taken. Ie Breakfast included but they said not.. so just make sure you have all that on your paperwork or downloaded
