"The hotel is very conveniently located for the Arena with handy (and discounted) parking available. The room was spacious and had everything needed for a one-night stay and it was clean and comfortable. I was pleasantly surprised by how quiet the hotel was, given the location, until 2.30am when a Home Bargains lorry started using a loaing bay beneath my window to unload trolley after trolley of goods - the metal wheels on the metal lorry ramp not being conducive to sleep! This is obviously beyond the hotel's control. It is irritating to read a sign warning of the hot towel rail when the towel rail itself stays cold the entire time. If you are going to provide heated towel rails please make sure they are actually heated. Breakfast was not great but at least was not overly expensive and is probably what you would expect in terms of mass production. A final minor gripe is that when using the online check-in both myself and my Daughter had the title 'Mr' and for some reason this was not editable. I would still choose this hotel to stay again, as the positives did outweigh the negatives."
