"As we checked in nearly 10:30 PM after a long journey, the receptionist was struggling a bit to give us the necessary needed information regarding to check in and it was a bit hard to understand his accent ! Usually, the front liner or receptionist, should a person that has a capability and talent of communication and be sociable to give a good vibe and experation of first moment of visiting a new place. The given information was not enough and we tried to ask the receptionist about where we can park? where we should go for breakfast? what is the breakfast time ? Where is the resturant? how can we use the lift ( access control , needs room card ) ? and so on ....
But the Resurant staff were so kind and helpful and we enjoyed our breakfast. the resturant and desing was so elegant and modern...."
