"Had a lovely stay at the Novotel in Leeds. It's really well located, just a short walk from the train station and near to all amenities. The breakfast was very good and the staff were all very helpful."

"Room was clean but could do with being upgraded…can see that the hotel is in the process of being upgraded. Entrance, lobby, bar and restaurant areas all looked lovely and modern, however, once you enter the lifts you can tell everything is older and looking very tired. Room was spacious, but basic, it was adequate for our needs and fairly priced. Not too far from the town Center or train station along with other shopping areas. Over all it was a good stay, easy to check in and out too!"

"The room was lovely. I would prefer a walk in shower next time and housekeeping staff were so kind and so we know the type of room to ask for on another stay. Grace the waitress is so welcoming as this is our fourth stay as is Joseph in the lounge. Staff and other customers are always so friendly we do enjoy our stay. Thank you"

"Great place. Staff couldn’t do enough for us. Cot was in the room as requested. Amenities were great. Couldn’t locate a gym but overall, a brilliant experience. Would not hesitate to stay again. Thanks!"

"Checked a family member/friends in for the Leeds Festival. Reception staff so friendly and helpful. Facilitating an early check-in so I could ensure all those staying had access to the room. Also provided very helpful advice on local area and festival info. Stay & room was all excellent."

"This hotel is perfect for visiting the city of Leeds . It is central, close to all the shops and restaurants. The hotel room was clean and well maintained. We were disappointed on Sunday when we tried to order room service and was told ‘the kitchen is closed on Sundays’. This should be made clear on the literature in the room. Other than this, no complaints. Enjoyed our stay and would recommend if visiting Leeds"

"Hotel is well situated, just a couple minutes away from Leeds Station. My room was big, clean with an extremely comfortable bed and great shower. The bar downstairs is very well looked after and has a great range of drinks, including an excellent IPA! My only quibble was the lifts - one of the three was out of order. This led to some very lengthy waits for a lift, upwards of five minutes, especially when the lift that does finally arrive is full! The staff were very apologetic and it should be back in service soon. Beyond that, I really enjoyed my stay - it's the perfect spot for exploring Leeds and I hope to be back again soon."
