"Very good experience. Professional and helpful staff. Clean, well-equipped room, slept quite well, no outside noise (even though the England v Mexico football match was in the early hours). Very well situated hotel, right next to train station - again no noise apparent. Very good buffet breakfast. Enjoyed it and will be back."

"Absolutely stunning hotel it is stones throw from train station. The Met has been refurbished to the highest standard and in keeping with the original interiors. We were greeted in a friendly manner we had drinks in the Gott bar until our room was ready. Our room was gorgeous with even a mini fridge with fresh milk n two cans of water …our room has air con the best shower system I’ve had in a hotel we also got a good nights sleep.We had an evening meal which was reasonably priced I would recommend the ham croquettes & lamb flatbread with chips. Breakfast is served from 7.30 at the weekend is mind blowing with all food on offer again I recommend the fruit compote & the strawberry smoothie for starters the hot food was delicious the bacon was good quality we will definitely be back in the future on our next visit to Leeds"
